Got something to say?

Hmmmmm - I was thinking about what I’m passionate about and so many things came to mind! To be ruthless though, my top three would be:
- Health (mine and others)
- Natural beauty
- Good food/wine
but what about dancing, sailing, travel, etc. etc.!
Family, friends, pets, writing, music, art………… The list goes on.
One of thethings that binds my family together is a love of music. Although we all have different tastes that just adds to the wonder when we share.
Two pieces of music stand out for me as major parts of my life. One is Ave Maria which I remember my mother singing often, She was a light opera singer so she sang it well.
The other is La Vie en Rose which just seems to be woven through everything. I often wonder if others have the same strong reaction to it, too? Here is a link to Piaf singing it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Thank you ladies! Our first two to accept our challenge.
@Annie - it is very hard, isn’t it, to chose or rank what we are passionate about. Just picking those three wonderful passions doesn’t mean you’re ignoring the rest… can I suggest making your own list (totally unedited) of things that fuel your fire to refer to when the flames start to wane?
@Anne - a love of music is very close to my heart too. Our home is never without music (although I must admit that my tastes do differ somewhat to my teens taste: ). How wonderful that your mother sang so beautifully, especially Ave Maria. I have a recording of Sarah Brightman singing it, and it never fails to lift my spirits.
I am going to pop on over and watch Edith Piaf singing La Vie en Rose - thank you for sharing the link.
